Following material testing and services are carried out by RÖNTGEN KANIZSA Kft. at its own material testing laboratory:
Hardness testing
Measuring resistance of metallic materials against testing tool, through different harness test methods.

Bending test
Establishing reactions of metal joints to bending stress, in order to control toughness of joints, and carry out quality control of weldings.

Tensile test
Elongation of test pieces till rupture. Different mechanical properties of materials are measured during the test by means of the tension testing machine and the stress-strain curve.

Charpy impact test
Measuring the amount of energy needed to break the test piece by means of a Charpy impact test machine.

Macroscopic and microscopic examination
Macroscopic and microscopic examination of welded joints’ grinded surface.
