Following material testing and services are carried out by RÖNTGEN KANIZSA Kft. at its own material testing laboratory or on site:
Radiographic testing (RT)
Testing of metallic materials and plastics, welded connections and castings with an X-ray apparatus and the radioactive isotopes Ir192 or Se75. Qualifications of our testers: RT1, RT2, RT3, DRT2

Ultrasonic testing (UT)
Testing of metallic raw materials, plastics, welded connections and castings, measurement of wall thickness with the most up-to-date digital instruments. Qualifications of our testers: UT1, UT2, UT3, UT PA, UT TOFD

Magnetic particle testing (MT)
Detection of discontinuities and cracks of magnetizable metals, welded connections and castings on or next to the surface with a portable yoke magnet. Qualifications of our testers: MT1, MT2 and MT3

Liquid penetrant testing (PT)
Detection of discontinuities of metals, welded connections and castings, which are open to the surface, with different kinds of testing appliances. Qualifications of our testers: PT1, PT2 and PT3

Leak testing (LT)
Vacuum and pressure tests, leak testing of plastic coating and tanks with a vacuum pump or compressor. Qualification of our testers: LT2

Visual testing (VT)
Visual testing of metallic materials, plastics, welded connections and castings with up-to-date measuring instruments. Qualifications of our testers: VT1 and VT2, VT3

Holiday Detection Testing
Testing of the plastic insulation of metals with a high-voltage holiday detector. Our testers have extensive experience of material testing.
